In the Lenses of Youth

A premiere of short video works by a group of young people on their perspectives of women in their lives. In the Lenses of Youth, showcases the results of a pioneering initiative by filmmaker, Jasmine Ng (Co-producer of Eating Air) and prize-winning playwright, Chong Tze Chien, to utilise the creative medium of video in the personal development of youths. Through a series of workshops, the young participants are not only taught the technical skills required to express themselves in video but are also taught life skills.
