He would rather guide his actors through various improvisational techniques to try different ways of delivering their lines, ways of moving their bodies, and even ways of blocking themselves on stage. Somehow, a common vision seems to take shape during the course of the rehearsals. The only demand he makes is for collaboration. He inspires collaboration.
