A Theory of Time

It's a play which explores time, trains and the theory of relativity. But mostly, it tracks the one year that Elaine, a 37-year old school teacher, has taken off work, so as to care for her elderly father.

A Theory of Time by Jean Tay was created as part of The Necessary Stage's Playwright's Cove.

It's first public reading was presented at the Asian Civilisation Museum on 9th February 2002.
