Ian hates school. He has no friends and bullies make his life hell. Worst of all, he hates himself. Because he isn't special. Until one day he quite simply wills himself into being so and he tells his classmates that they should now leave him alone because he has a secret power: to walk on barren soil and make it flower at him feet. No one believes him, of course, and so Ian has to decide just how very special he really is.

CPL Cheong has just been shot in the belly at the firing range: in the last moments of his life, he tells the audience his story. He has been pregnant with a child of unknown origin since BMT, or so he believes. Despite the sensible advice of his army buddy and his government prostitute imaginary friend, he attempts to destroy the foetus by various means, including visits to the Medical Centre and a fall from the roof of the Accoms block (which earns him a medical downgrade). Eventually, Cheong learns to live with his pregnancy until, when approaching ORD, he realises the child may survive him and shoots himself.

You'd think it would be easy enough to get into a classroom on your first day as a teacher. Maybe you could even teach a lesson… But in this satirical farce, newbie Philip finds that school ain't what it used to be since the System took over.

"When I looked at the mirror, it was not my reflection that cracked. I, I cracked." Tracy is 33. She has everything in life--a successful career, and her wedding in two weeks. But she wakes up one morning and decides to go mad. She cancels her wedding, sells her company and tells everyone she will be going to Woodbridge. And for the first time in her life, she is no longer afraid. SPOILT has not one story but three. The stories that span from 1986 to 2003 chart the lives of whom Tracy has affected.

The Necessary Stage's Black Box will be transformed into a nightclub of performances, stand-up comedy and of course, dance!

Starring a mix of local actors and young celebrities such as Elaine Cheah, Melody Chen, Caleb Goh and Rodney Oliverio, the night will be hosted by comedian, Hossan Leong. Catch DJs from Zouk spinning hits, and students from the Multi-media Department at LASALLE-SIA College of the Arts will be contributing a visual feast of images and video clips to the night.
