That's My Dad Is about a man who recalls a silly incident that happened when he was about 8 years old. Returning to his seat from the Gents', he sees someone else at his seat at a baseball match. Filled with jealous, he thinks he has been replaced for the match. He soon finds out it is his gym teacher, who has been sitting on his seat all the while.

En Ying plays a sincere yet cunning Peranakan woman, Emily, who thinks of her days as a young bride. She recalls with glee, her little triumphs at her first New Year spent with her new family.

This piece is about a girl's acceptance of herself despite a loved one's constant insult that brings her down.

Everyone is unique. They have their differences and similarities. Natasha's character has a rather odd taste to life. She is fantastic gossiper and loves mocking other people without seeing her own faults. Her flirtatious and bitchy nature causes her to be portrayed as a somewhat immature character as her coyness and insensitivity towards others is expressed in her gossip.

This piece tells the story of an unmarried lady in her early thirties who has a crazy affection towards cats. Nothing or no one can come in between herself and her furry friends, not even her lover because she has a "natural affinity" for them.

The reason for Siti's choice of Goldilocks as her monologue piece is because everybody sees her as the little brat who's always up to mischief. She wants to put herself in Goldliocks' shoes and sees how she defend herself against all the accusations that she's been facing all the while.

A group of people come together to organize Singapore's first Pride Parade - Singapore's first Mardi Gras. They plan to hold the March at the Padang, with dykes on bikes, fags and fag hags, leathers and feathers; they want to shout out loud and be proud...Excuse? Will they even get a license? Um, will we? As they plan, the tension mounts; the cracks in their relationship surface. Jokes turn to bitchiness, which turn to clawing...Eventually, the very event that is supposed to show their unity threatens to tear them apart. Are they going to prove themselves to be ONE PEOPLE, ONE NATION, ONE SIN-GAY-PORE...or will the rainbow colours represent segregation and prejudice? Is pink over?

The Theatre For Youth Ensemble's first showcase features Metafall whose fluidity and concurrent fragmentation symbolises the solidarity of the TFYE and the individualism of each member. The heart of the showing is the play Velveteen Rabbits, a firm testament to the struggle and dissension of youth. The play lapses into a movement piece, Angst, the carefully sculpted product of two hours of spontaneity that ends in affirmation.
