The reason for Siti's choice of Goldilocks as her monologue piece is because everybody sees her as the little brat who's always up to mischief. She wants to put herself in Goldliocks' shoes and sees how she defend herself against all the accusations that she's been facing all the while.

En Ying plays a sincere yet cunning Peranakan woman, Emily, who thinks of her days as a young bride. She recalls with glee, her little triumphs at her first New Year spent with her new family.

That's My Dad Is about a man who recalls a silly incident that happened when he was about 8 years old. Returning to his seat from the Gents', he sees someone else at his seat at a baseball match. Filled with jealous, he thinks he has been replaced for the match. He soon finds out it is his gym teacher, who has been sitting on his seat all the while.

Krystal experiments with a true monologue - said by one whom no one can hear. Her character is one caught in a sad dilemma, and the piece traces her struggle with being caught in the region between life and death. At the end, she finds a solution - one she may regret, yet she most willingly makes.

The Frog Prince has always been one of Sufian's favourite childhood fairy tales. In this "twisted" piece, Prince Frederick shares with the audience about his life's journey  from being cursed into a frog to his failed marriage that was due to his fly addiction.

Aveline's monologue, Auditions, uses the voice of an actress-wannabe: bizarre, nervous, tries too hard, yet evidently serious. She introduces herself (or at least tried to) and almost threatens suicide. There is a black farce and hackneyed humour, and like a delicacy, this monologue will slide down but might not settle easy.

Huipeng's monologue is about a woman named Babe. She is talking to her attorney about how she shot her husband "as a result of continuous physical and mental abuse". The incident happened after he had beaten a young black boy with whom she was having an affair with. She is at a loss as to what to do and on the verge of losing her sense of reality and sanity.

Ginger, once a perfectly normal, positive person, has recently joined the "cholesterol generation". Now, she is irrationally concerned about her well-being. This monologue revolves around her inner-most frustrations and the rationality of a cholesterol-obsessed society.
